This is one reason why I hate having a job. (Don’t misunderstand, though!) I end up buying a crapload of CDs and DVDs. Just within a week I received the following:

  • Utada Hikaru – Distance

I do enjoy the fact that I can make most of my purchases online. I always tried to shy away from buying clothes online, but going to the mall kills me. I actually make it a habit to check Kohl.com’s clearance section every few weeks and then check retailmenot.com to find a coupon if I haven’t received one in the mail. The only thing I won’t buy are pants/shorts/skirts. It’ll be a pain to return them. Bleh. Lazy, I know. I just hate going to the mall or any department store. I hate dealing with “kids.” And I’m not talking about kids 8 or younger.

I was so excited to receive my VAMPS DVD the other day! Even though YesAsia lists the DVD as region 2, it is really region all. I should write tell them to correct that. So when I found that out, Gary mentioned that I could put the DVD into the dash (I opened the package on our way to work). He actually volunteered to listen to HYDE. *Laughs* I was mainly intrigued by one track on the set list — “GLAMOROUS SKY.” NANA fans would know the song. It is originally sung by Nakashima Mika and HYDE produced it. There is a little part in HYDE’s FAITH tour DVD that has him singing a little bit, but now in this VAMPS LIVE.. you get the entire song. He didn’t do too bad. It’s just different because I’m so used to Mika-san singing it. I have to admit that I haven’t watched the whole thing yet. I only glanced at a few songs, but I do have to say — HYDE.. really.. you really shouldn’t have messed up the “LOVE ADDICT” lyrics. Anyway… since the dvd is region all… I can pop it into my comp here at work and watch it on my other monitor. I think I might just do that!
